A lot of people don't know what rough is. I do! No brag, just facts. I can't brag about being homeless and destitute. I can't brag about being a meth addict on the streets of San Diego 40 years ago.

I know one thing! I'm glad I suffered every bit of it and more. But that doesn't mean other people should suffer to learn. Let my, and countless other people's suffering be their teacher so they can hopefully avoid the hardships I went through.

That's why I am a socialist and a Marxist. I don't want corporations, or anyone, running roughshod over laborers. I have seen so much of it, it makes me so damned angry I could go out in the backyard and yell my head off in frustration.

We don't have to live like this. Laborers have all the power. They just need to realize it and use it. To bring the economy to its knees, labor only has to refuse to participate. Laborers are the creators of wealth. There is nothing mined, harvested, manufactured, or served without the hands and minds of labor. That's why there is an effort to replace human labor with machine labor.

Laborers don't have to allow it. That's right! I said allow it. Wealthy people are wealthy only because the masses allow it. If anyone has a doubt, ask King Louis XVI. He and many others lost their heads over it. We don't have to go so far. All labor has to do is walk off the job and refuse to purchase anything. The moneygrubbers would panic. They would make threats. In the end, they would capitulate and on bended knees beg labor to return to the economy because they do not want to be denied profit.
