It's good to have a shield for this dungeon because then you can use it against the Sentrobe. This is the only dungeon in the game that doesn't have a mini-boss. I get this dungeon's main item, the Gust Bellows, at 7:40 & the Dungeon Map at 15:13.

Boss: Thousand-Year Arachnid Moldarach (31:40): At first Moldarach stays above the sand and tries to attack you with it's claws. Slash the eyes in his claws when he opens them. If you charge your sword for a Skyward Strike, hitting these eyes becomes a bit easier because you don't have to be quite so close.
After you destroy both claws he'll open his main eye and start to hide in the sand. Whenever this eye is open, stab it. When he goes under the sand search for him with the Gust Bellows. When you blow a sufficient amount of sand off from over him he'll pop out.
