Finally a fight with the monster that's been haunting your dreams. The Imprisoned's only weak point is the Sealing Spike that's lodged in it's head. There are two ways to go about damaging it. You can either cut off all 8 of it's toes so that it falls or you can jump directly onto it's head from a higher level. In either case swing your sword into the spike as if you were trying to shove it in deeper.
If you take the toe destruction route, try a horizontal Skyward Strike. I didn't try it, but it's possible it might remove all three front toes as once.
His only attacks are to try and stomp you or slide into you. Watch out for the red shock waves that occur when he steps down. Once you properly hit the Sealing Spike 9 times the fight will be over.
