Landed costs include all charges associated with a good transfer like product cost, shipping charge, customs, risks, etc. However, every component might not be applicable in every shipment, but relevant components must be considered as a part of the landed cost.

Average Landed Cost application helps the end-user to calculate the average landed cost of products before it gets applied to the product cost. The average is calculated using the Compute Average button set in the inventory module.
