Today we covered the following topics:
1) Adding foliage to your landscape material to automatically carpet the ground with grass
2) Spraypainting foliage manually using the foliage tool
3) Making a hitscan weapon (to contrast with projectile weapons we did last time), specifically a flamethrower
4) Using the Niagara particle effects system to make your own emitters so you don't have to rely on other people's assets
