LASER Chess was a strategy virtual board game that you could type in from COMPUTE Magazine in 1987. It was written by Mike Duppong who won a $5000 prize in a game competition for it. I was available for many platforms including ATARI 8-bit. You have many pieces including mirrors, blocking pieces, a laser and a target, all of which can be rotated or moved one space at a time. Each player has two moves per turn. Unfortunately the original is a 2-player game without the option to play against the computer
