So I was watching @Blitz doing an AI challenge and the AI suggested launching as many Kerbals as possible. So I figured how many could one reasonably launch in the current version of the game. My number is 130 and it was a NIGHTMARE. I averaged 1 FPS and everyone aboard was not having a good time....
