One of Marshall Law's most powerful tools in T7 is his 3+4,4 Pressing Kick Combo b/c it is a i14 Mid Launcher with exceptional range. In this tech video I focus on the practical applications of this move as well as showcasing another variant AKA the Microdash 3+4,4. Instead of thinking of 3+4,4 as solely a 14 Frame Move, we can also think of it as an extremely long range launcher. Therefore, by sacrificing a couple of frames, Law can now launch punish a number of moves that he previously could not. Microdash 3+4,4 still has its limitations, but there's no denying the benefits of this technique ^_^.

In many worst case scenarios (blocking things at max/tip range), 3+4,4 will always have your back and be reliable whereas Df+2, Hopkick, and Somersault will whiff. The only downsides to 3+4,4 is that you can accidentally mess up and do 3,4 instead OR you punish too slow and the opponent ducks the 2nd hit of 3+4,4. This is why you should make a conscious effort to deliberately practice this double button input in real matches many many times so that you can call upon it when it matters most.

I've been researching & recording footage for this video over the course of about 8 months ( I procrastinate too much lol). But this means that some of my information might be fragmented regarding footnotes on whether something works at Max Range. Some of the most memorable situations I remember well--but I apologize in advance if I get some of the punish information wrong. You can safely assume that I include moves -15 or greater because these moves cannot be punished by Df+2 at all ranges.
