UPDATE 21-09-2015 : After all the hassle (Lazada rejected my return, then returned back the item and the item went missing in postage, delay etc etc) they FINALLY refunded my money. This is my first electronic purchase on Lazada and unfortunately it turned out bad. Quite a failed introduction from Lazada I'd say.

Wifey bought Shake and Take blender from Lazada and it's not working (dead on arrival). Tried to do return on Lazada and it says we have already exceeded time limit (product just arrived today!). I'll be contacting Lazada customer support for replacement / refund. Stay tuned!
