The Rotate tools are simple options that allow you to rotate your image around in different ways. It's pretty self explanatory, but there are a few options that allow for greater control.
How to Rotate Your Image

1. To access the Rotate options, navigate to the top menu bar and click Image -- Image Rotation. You'll then be given options to perform a quick rotation of 180
°, 90° clockwise, 90° counterclockwise or Arbitrary (which allows you to type in an exact rotation amount. 2. You can also do this with the Transform tool. In the top menu bar click Edit -- Tranform -- Rotate. This allows you to rotate with your mouse. When you do this with your mouse, press and hold Shift to get more precise angles for rotation.
These options allow for greater control of your image, but they are really simple.
