I was testing a Mutation and I had to go AFK for a while. Since there's no pause when you start a game through the console, I locked myself up in the saferoom to be clear. When I came back about thirty minutes later, the Director had decided to send endless hordes at me and the bots. Time to run...
Apprently it's something like « panic_event_forever 1 » that is triggered after some time of immobilism ; however you'll notice the Hordes stopped spawning when I met the Tank. Well...

You'll have to deal with fps drop at some points, but my computer is acting strangely these days. Ah well. Sorry 'bout that. Usually it works very well.

The Mutation I tested was my own (Maybe a similar one exists, I don't know.). I call it « 1 Evil Day ». Bascially, it's « Last Man On Earth » with Common Infected and no Special ; to counterbalance the quantity of enemies, the player is given a Tier 2 weapon (AK47.) and a melee weapon (Katana/Machete.) at the beginning of the campaign. This video was taken as I tested the « no other weapon than AK47s » and « Spawn with an AK47 and a Katana » parts of the Mutation. There's no bot in the finale version. However, there are Hordes. I can tell you, « The Barns » is awesome.
