How to enable slow motion:
1. First cheats need to be on, type “sv_cheats 1” in the dev console (if you do not know how to open it search it up on YT).
2. Then type “bind KEY "toggle host_timescale .2 1" (key being any key you want). You can also change how much you want to slow down by changing the “.2” (1 is normal speed).
3. Then type “map MAP” (MAP being the map you want) but just typing in “hard rain” won’t work you need to type in the specific map section for example “c1m1_hotel”. “c1” is the chapter and “m1” is the map (each map is assigned to “m [number]” same with the chapters)
4. This will load up the map, press the key you binded and there you go! You can now toggle between normal speed and slow motion (note that while cheats are on achievements cannot be earned)
