The overworlds have seen only minor, strategic edits, while the dungeons (and even several caves) have been about as thoroughly redesigned as they can be, with some unconventional puzzles, while still keeping the same basic room layouts.

Item progression has been similarly scrambled, with (most recently) the Hammer (finally!) replacing the Cane of Somaria in Misery Mire. And still no Bow, with every dungeon but Turtle Rock and Ganon's Tower cleared! Many of the Dark World dungeons were coming in nonstandard order, but we seem to be back on the usual track now on that front.

Plotwise, the game has unfolding much as usual, except that this isn't Zelda's first time through the events of the story. Her dialog seems to indicate that Link beat Ganon but was fatally wounded, so she touched the Triforce and made a wish that more or less reset things back to the beginning of the game, with some unintended consequences resulting in a world different from what she remembers.

The sixth maiden didn't say anything about where to go next, but with just Turtle Rock left, our next destination is obvious. I'll probably do a little more checking around the overworld first. Mostly unchanged is not completely unchanged, after all, and the Cane of Byrna is still missing, having not been in its usual spot. ...I'm going to feel awfully embarrassed if the Bow was just sitting in some random cave all along.

As described by SkierLink, the author:

Zelda’s wish has had a different outcome than expected, leading to a world not so different from her original...

This hack was made to provide a new adventure in Hyrule. As such, much of the world will have a similar feel to the original while providing new challenges, a different route, and possibly a new trick.

This hack has moderate modifications to the overworld, offering a new look to familiar spaces. Some text has been modified to match this different world. All dungeons were modified, leading to new routes, different big chest items, new puzzles, and increased difficulty. Reflecting the increased difficulty, all that remains of your uncle is a pile of clothes and his sword. Bomb jumping is not required. Save states are not required to complete this journey. Good knowledge of the base game will be helpful.

Summary
- Moderate overworld modification
- Minor changes to monologue
- Modified dungeons (all)
- Increased difficulty
