I walked around on the cloud tops defeating fish and finding Golden Kinstone Pieces to fuse with five cloud people. Everytime I fused one Kinstone with the Cloud, one of five fans kicked on blowing the middle cloud. Once all five of them kicked on, it blew around the cloud and revealed another huge whirlwind. I rode it up to the heavens and it landed me outside a house. It's actually the house where I got rid of that ghost that was bothering that old man. The portal is just outside Link's House down below. I talk to him and he gives me the Light Arrow!! I also do some kinstone fusion with the people up there as well. They are actually the Wind Tribe that moved from the Wind Ruins. One person is blocking the stairs to go up to another huge whirlwind that takes us to the palace. I must first talk to the elderly woman. I can now have access to the Palace of Winds. I make it through various obstacles and fight a bunch of wizrobes and get the special item of the palace the Roc's Cape. Very similar to the Roc's Feather in Link's Awakening but you can jump and fly!! I will continue the Palace of Winds in the next episode. See you later.
