Clain Nain was my favorite Confrontation set. I loved the steampunk vibe on the thermo warriors and all their teched out gear.
When I saw these dwarfs from Legends of Signum I had a similar feeling come over me. I'm not a huge dwarf fan, but I absolutely adored the old Confrontation figures and painted almost the entire line.
Legends of Signum has continued to release a lot of cool thematic sets of figures with modular troops that go along with the hero choices. The Bronze Kingdom was no different. These guys are absolutely channeling that old Rackham style and I really enjoy it!
I printed out a few of the hero models along with a few of the modular bits. Things fit together pretty nicely, no challenges jamming parts together. There are some multipart kits available, mostly cavalry, if that's something you're into.
Be aware they're pretty big and stocky dwarfs. You might want to adjust your print settings to make them more in line with your collections.
In addition to these guys, Legends of Signum also did a set of chaos dwarfs much in the same vein as the Mid- Nor dwarfs.
You can check them out for yourself here!
