This Lego MOC alt build only uses 1 copy of the Lego Friends Central Perk (Lego 21319) set and 1 copy of the Lego Friends Apartments (Lego 10292) set. The only other piece you need is any 32x32 baseplate. This build will use 2,833 pieces from the original 3,118 pieces of the two official Lego sets (not including the minifigures and their accessories). None of the original spare parts from the sets are needed.

In this alt build, I tried to incorporate as much of the original style and features as I could from the original sets. The instructions are an 812 page PDF document generated from Studio and can be found on Rebrickable. I hope you enjoy this alt build! I put a lot of effort into making it the very best that I could and I am quite pleased with how it turned out. Also, it looks great in a Lego city!
