LEGO Movie 2 Emmet's Thricycle 70823 Review & Speed Build!
109I'm reviewing Emmet’s Thricycle, set 70823 from The LEGO Movie 2, a 174 piece set featuring Emmet's latest invention the thricycle (like a LEGO unicycle but with three wheels). In this LEGO Movie 2 unboxing, speed build and review I'll also be reviewing the LEGO Duplo alien invader, fuel station and demonstrating the interactive catapult feature which allows Emmet to fire LEGO wheel rims.

Emmet’s Thricycle 70823 is a fun set and one of my favorite 2019 LEGO Movie 2 sets I've reviewed yet. The thricycle is a neat build with three wheels that stack so that all three wheels turn when Emmet is riding his thricycle which stands almost seven inches tall. When not using the thricycle, there are fold out stabilizers which enable the thricycle to stand when on display. There's space for Emmet to stand and steer his thricycle and room for friend planty.
The Emmet's Thricycle set also features a fuel station with buildable Octan gas pump that incorporates a LEGO catapult (which I demonstrate in slow-mo). This fires LEGO wheel rims at the brick built alien invader which resembles a LEGO Duplo brick. The alien invader also has a rotating cyclops eye and you can open and close the mouth to mimic a chomping motion.
70823 Emmet’s Thricycle from The LEGO Movie 2 is a fun set and well-priced at around $14.99 in the USA. It would have been nice to have had more minifigures but Emmet is a nice addition and this 2019 LEGO Movie 2 set has great play value.
