LEGO RC Vickers Mk. E (B) Light Infantry Tank
This is a fully motorised, remote-controlled Vickers Mk. E (B) British - designed Light Infantry Tank built from LEGO Technic pieces.
The Vickers Mk. E began as a private project by British Arms Manufacturer Vickers-Armstrongs in 1928. Two models were produced, the Vickers Mk. E (A) and Vickers Mk. E (B), both of which were highly successful on the export market, being sold overseas to Poland, Finland, the USSR, China, Bolivia, Thailand, and others, although the designs were rejected by the British Army.
The Vickers Mk. E (B) was the more popular model, being equipped with a 47mm 3-pdr Short Gun and a coaxial .303 Vickers Gun, and the vehicle served as the basis for the Soviet T-26 and Polish 7TP Tanks, which would serve their respective countries during the Second World War.
