From March 2010 to September 2010, I participated in the beta testing of LEGO Universe. I have compiled the screenshots I have taken during testing for the world to see.

The Sentinel Encampment, alternately known as Sentinel Checkpoint, is a blockade built by the Sentinel Faction to contain the Stromling army that resulted from the Paradox Research Facility disaster.

You can notice a few beta differences here and there, such as a Bob-style Klaus Zett, a female Fitz Vanderbuilt, and an early console for the AG Survival Instance.

Beta Notes:
0:00 Beta GUI. Beta Nexus Force Plaque template. The Plaque's text is different and expands upon the origins of Stromlings and Stromling Mechs. The Venture League Rank 1 Buccaneer Shirt gives players the ability to throw crabs at enemies. The Sentinel Faction Guard is not wearing armor and is called a "Sentinel Guard".
0:15 Klaus Zett has a completely different model and is nameless, simply called an "Accessory Vendor".
0:20 Beck Strongheart's last name is not identified, and his occupation is listed as "Sentinel Commander". A different image of Bob cheering is displayed upon completing missions.
0:25 Fitz Vanderbuilt is female and, as such, has lips instead of a beard.
0:30 The Paradox Rank 1 Space Marauder Blaster resembled a gun from the Agents line.
0:45 Image of Spider Boss appears at the top of the screen.
1:05 Theo Balfour the Sentinel Faction Grunt is unnamed, merely called "Sentinel Grunt".
1:20 A different model in place of the Survival Instance console. The Clod Chucking Shovel is held in the players' left hand and provides boosted stats.
1:25 The Yo Ho Ho Mug is held in the player's right hand and could be used as a melee weapon when not in use.
1:30 Map shows Fitz Vanderbuilt's cut repeatable mission to rebuild the Sentinel Encampment wall.
1:35 Imaginite Crystals are modeled after the Hydrolator Crystals (changed in Starbase 3001 update). The green is also a darker shade.
1:40 Speedy Pants can be seen in the Backpack.
2:00 Although finally named, Klaus Zett still has the occupation "Accessory Vendor".

Music is "The Blitz, 1940" by Harry Gregson-Williams for "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe". It was chosen for being a suiting war-themed music track, though I had considered using Team Fortress 2's "The Art of War" for this video.
