This video will show you how to get the Mayor of Monsterville trophy/achievement.
First before going for this trophy, you need to have the Monster Fighting Camp unlocked and sell your wooden sword.
Let's find a world, put in these numbers 118-127-316 and the G in the side box.
Once you have landed, go to these coordinates X 24, Y 30, Z 120.
You will find a mansion.
Go around the back and pick up the Red Magic Potion.
Then talk to the guy on the side, and build the Monster Fighting Camp.
Go back to the front of the house and talk to the girl and take the picture of the skull behind her.
Then talk back to the guy and give him the Red Magic Potion, he will trade you for the sword.
Talk to him again and fight the Vampire, if you defeat him without discovering him. Just venture into the forest and you will find him and discover him.

Now change into the vampire and travel back to your original monster town.
When you are flying back to your town, the trophy/achievement will pop.
