So here it is: Lemming Torture 2010 at last! Four weeks, too many hours and nightmares of little blue guys with green hair!

Please read the description for Lemming 2007 also on my channel for more information on the processes involved in the production of these animations. In short I use Deluxe Paint IV running on an emulated Amiga 1200 with more memory (virtual) than the real thing. Editing and sound FX are handled by Adobe Premiere Elements 4, although I may have to upgrade because v4 doesn't like Windows 7 much.

Lemming 2007 has 3200 frames of animation at a rate of 15 per second. Lemming 2010 is made up of five individual animations edited together in Premiere Elements to keep things simple. The torture room is actually only 3000 frames, 200 less than Lemming 2007 but the other stages increase this to 3781 including a loop of 41 frames for the end credits. Premiere Elements was used for the scrolling and fading credits against the looped animation and the screen panning which would be impossible or at the very least, extremely difficult in DPaintIV.

In the end credits I've included the original concept for the molecular field, turning the Lemming into various objects. I could only think of three, a ball, plant pot and light bulb. I ditched it on favour of the one used in the torture room
