On a more practical note, this episode was recorded with Bandicam instead of Fraps, which I've been using since...Sora, I think... Anyways, I think the quality of the finished product is comparable to what I was posting before, but I did have to change a few steps in how I process videos, so let me know what you think!

Yes, that's what that secret rank says, and as far as I can tell, they mean it. I suspect it's a placeholder, possibly for something that just never got implemented, or for something that will be added in the future. Fingers crossed for an Oracle-style grand finale with LO Rei?
