Part 28 of "Doom 3: BFG Edition" for the PC.

In Central Processing... we find Campbell. He tells us that our commanding officer, Sergeant Kelly, attacked him and stole his BFG. Great, that's just fantastic, a crazy marine with a BFG. How much worse can it get? Oh... if only we knew. Sergeant Kelly has been transformed into the Sabaoth, a tank-tread rolling, BFG toting, amalgamation of your worst nightmares put into a physical form of twisted flesh, metal, and demonic willpower. This fight is nothing but pain. Not only is there minimal places to hide, but he has a BFG and he fires it very frequently... and as long as you're in his field of view, you're in trouble. A direct hit deals 200 points of damage, so don't even think you can soak a hit. At least the shots can be dealt with using bullets, so the Chaingun is the ideal weapon for this fight. He can even punch you with that weird claw arm of his. Fortunately he can't run over you, but he will fight you to the death.

So much for following orders.
