- Campaign: Your objective? Kill enemies. Simple. No time issues either.
- Scab: Destroy all scab! Levels are unchanged, not that they need any more challenge!
- Brain: A shooting gallery, with a few hidden targets! Plenty of brains. Shame you don't get points!
- Essence: Get those Aerial Combos and run for it! Collect all the essence to win!

As you see, they're all about killing/collecting a specific object. Enemies, brains, scabs or essence, it's all the same. But it's quite fun and challenging, when enemies are not priority and something else takes the spotlight!
