The AI on Perfectionist difficulty notices opened doors and shut-off lights just like in Chaos Theory, so I'm not just closing doors behind me to remove all evidence. I've noticed that sometimes opened doors actually put them in an alerted state as opposed to just suspicion. So it ruins your rating because "evasion" from an alerted state gives Panther score, not Ghost score.
