First of all, wow, Shizuka is a jerk. I figured she'd be a bit stereotypically tsundere based on what I know of her, but wow she's a jerk. That said. Based on the prologue, her brother did die and Lea is basically, in her eyes, a flawed copy of herself. So some of her anger and behavior is understandable. But, being understandable does not equate to be justified. You do not get to use your trauma as excuse to be cruel to others.
