So, the boots elevated the Summer Fae who was the Lord of the Hunt into being The Hunt and rather bloodthirsty on top of that. More fun, it apparently makes him invisible until he decides to attack. I didn't take this fight nearly as seriously as I should have. Also, I did like the fight here and chasing him around. It made the environmental hazards more of an issue and his ambushes in places actually worked out as ambushes. Also, hey, proof as to why keeping up the bow-skills was a good idea.
