This is part of a small series in which, by popular demand, I try to instruct newcomers to flight sims like IL-2 on the basics of flying virtual aircraft, whether that's to help newbies to the game or just to provide viewers of my IL-2 series more info as to what they're seeing happen in the videos during the various dogfights I get into.

So strap yourselves in, and I'll do my best to take you from spring-chicken to shite-hawk in one easy lesson. ;)
