In the second video of the tutorial, we get introduced to another of the original four characters, Mercurio of Clan Rat. Sneaky and possessed of a keen wit, he has been sent to Armello on a mission entirely different to the one Thane is on and so will need to use all his cunning to avoid drawing too much attention to himself.

In this section we'll be using Mercurio to learn about the next layer of Armello gameplay; playing cards, navigating perils and trickery and it's various effects. We also have to deal with Thane who is still pursuing his own agenda in Armello.

It's a good thing the king is in no way growing paranoid that enemies are all around him, plotting to overthrow him and take the throne for themselves. I mean, who would possibly want to take the crown away from the fair and kind king who is in no way going crazy?

Also, contrary to what I say in this video you can't in fact use cards on heroes while they're moving. You can use them in any other way (cards on yourself, equipping new items, placing perils and even using cards on other heroes) but not on ones that are moving.

This video was recorded before the recent patch adding a recent patch which had a selection of minor hotfixes for various issues. This game also had some sound balancing issues with some of their sound effects at the time of recording. This has been passed on to the creators by various people and so hopefully with the patch that has been rectified and so next time I record it won't be an issue.
