Character Backstory:
Theonas, a powerful tiefling warlock in training. That's what he would say to everyone.
Though for years, attempts to learn and cast spells has taken a toll, scarring him physically, with his red hair, beard and horns losing its bright red color, slowly turning gray. Or at least that's what he would tell you, as it could simply be mental stress from all his attempts that is turning the red into a gray.
While perhaps lacking in the magic department, he makes up in the social department. Often at times, he would easily mingle with other groups and offer a good time, be it with jokes and sometimes, as others would attest, with a "song", that would soothe people and animals alike. Well, song as in casually humming.
Sometimes, Theonas would catch the attention of another tiefling, a warrior. A reclusive warrior that, may you call destiny or just simply coincidence, also had gray in her hair and horns. Some would say she once had red hair and horns, but maybe due to do countless battles she fought, it took a toll on her as well.
Unfortunately, Theonas would sometimes notice her as well, but only managing to imprint a somewhat of an idea how the tiefling warrior warrior, not getting a chance to properly introduce themselves to each other.
A chance that may never come, as a surprise "visit" from a Nautiloid changed everything.
Now, captured and infected, Theonas's will is rejuvenated to push harder to become a powerful warlock and one day meet again with this tiefling warrior. That's the path he had in mind.
Or so he thought. Theonas, a "powerful" tiefling "warlock" in training...
