We complete the quests Perdue's Short Sword and A Child in the Lighthouse fairly easily with Algernon's Cloak onboard. Khalid hits level 3 and is now specialized in Longbows, making him a far more useful archer.

I realized a *significant* error made earlier in the playthrough in selling my Wands of Monster Summoning and Paralyzation. I was on autopilot from prior runthroughs, forgetting I would need to actually use these. Fortunately, I was able to buy back my Wand of Paralyzation, which in turn allows me to *finally* kill Tarnesh so I can move in and out of the Friendly Arm without restriction.

Finally, that wand is one of the options that will allow me to kill Mulahey, which means we're ready to tackle the Nashkel Mines in the next episode.
