Upgrading the dropship feels good, even if its effects are abstract. But blowing up mechs feels better.

What can I say, big stompy shooty robots are cool and fun. I've not played this game before but I loved Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries. I don't expect the two to be similar, and I know nothing about the lore of the setting, so it's very much a learning experience for me.
