I don't understand all of soulmata's choices with the mechs, but who am I to argue with results? Also soulmata and Coolguy made a game called Endless Dark, you should check it out: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2290890/Endless_Dark/

What can I say, big stompy shooty robots are cool and fun. I've not played this game before but I loved Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries. I don't expect the two to be similar, and I know nothing about the lore of the setting, so it's very much a learning experience for me.
