92The first task we assisted Dorn with in this game was a very bloody and combat heavy experience, a request from his patron that he had to fulfil to retain his power. Now that patron has asked for the life of another and this time, things are a little more complicated in that we don’t know where the person Dorn needs to deal with is. We do know of someone who might be able to tell us, though I doubt getting that information is going to be anything other than a disaster.
There are many problems with Dorn Il-Khan, one of which being his bloodthirsty nature. The very thought of reasoning with people to get what he wants rather then taking it by force repulses him; were he alone, he’d of surely tried to solve every problem he came across with combat and would eventually have fallen against a person who turned out to be stronger or more cunning – considering his strength, this is more likely – then he is. Though he may not like it, we’re the one that prevents him from drawing his sword whenever someone stands in his way and while he might not appreciate it now, in time he might do.
