Jill Valentine, as a survivor of the Mansion Incident, has fought several of Umbrella's creations, from the MA-39 Cerberus to the T-002 Tyrant, so she knows her way around combat, despite being less physically capable than Chris Redfield.
However, the Nemesis T-Type B.O.W. she now faces is in a class of its own. Tougher and far more ruthless than the T-002 and T-00 (Mr. X), Nemesis' inhuman resilience and agility far eclipses Jill's. Not only that, the fact that Nemesis also wields a rocket launcher of its own shows exactly much of a disadvantage Jill has.
