Nico came so close to having a major journalistic break, but her editor spiked the story after realizing just how many powerful allies Carchon had. There doesn't appear to be much hope for her career at the moment, but she's been contacted by someone named Plantard and what she could learn just might get her back on track.

And then we cut to our new protagonist in George Stobbard. An American lawyer on vacation in Paris, he just happened to be at the wrong place when a clown used a bomb to blow up the cafe he was visiting. Sadly, we'll have to get used to controlling him, and not Nico, for a good long while.
