Having been delivered right into Genichi's hands, Takumi realizes that he's in the perfect position to defeat him and destroy Noah II once and for all. Having done so, Takumi lives out his life with the others in blissful harmony. Or he would have - were it not a delusion of Genichi's, who has triumphed by taking Takumi's CODE sample, acquiring all he needs to complete Noah II and plunge Shibuya and the world into true chaos...
And so my Let's Play of ChäoS;HEAd draws finally to its end. It's been an intriguing - if somewhat disturbing - ride of sorts. As the first chapter of the Science Adventure visual novel series and the predecessor to the more well known Steins;Gate, ChäoS;HEAd manages to tell a very psychological story (the anime, though, doesn't fare quite as well). All in all, I actually found it quite enjoyable, even with the more macabre set-pieces.
But with that said, there is another story to be told, the thematic sequel ChäoS;Child, which takes place several months later. But that, of course, is a tale for another time...
