Let's Play Command & Conquer: Red Alert Mobile #3 | Soviets Mission 3: Urban Warfare
Wait, we can occupy buildings in this game!?
Did you ever wondered where the Soviets got that time machine from?
Command & Conquer: Red Alert Mobile is a game developed by EA Mobile Romania and published by Electronics Arts for mobile phones such as the Nokia Series 40 in 2009. The game shares a number of similarities with a game of the same name for Apple devices, but has major different graphics and gameplay.
The game has a number of versions with different resolutions and languages, some of which have touch screen support. Its gameplay is a simplified version of that of the Red Alert main series, and it shares elements (and probably an engine) with Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight Mobile.
Command & Conquer: Red Alert Mobile lifts the graphics for its buildings and environment from Red Alert 2, though some characters and units are taken from Red Alert 3. Support powers in style of Tiberian Twilight Mobile are available as well.
The game's story centres around the war between the Allies and the Soviet Union. It is not clear whether the game takes place during or after Red Alert 3 (as implied by the presence of elite sniper Natasha and Lieutenant Eva), or whether it is set in an alternative universe.
Command & Conquer: Red Alert Mobile has two campaigns with a total of 15 missions as well as a number of skirmish maps that can be unlocked by completing campaign missions. Completing the campaign also unlocks achievements and encyclopaedia entries or the game's units.
