Dark Souls is From Software's open world spiritual successor to Demon's Souls. Like Demon's Souls, Dark Souls is a brutal, dark, gothic fantasy action RPG. I could write another love letter to this game here in the description and pore over every wonderfully recognized detail, but there's not enough space to gush. What I will say is that Dark Souls is one of my favorite games ever and is at the top of its class.
