Episode 2: Naughty Necky's

The rest of the second world is pretty tame in difficulty, with Necky in particular being a very easy boss. World 3 onwards is where things start to climb, in stage difficulty and in secret location methords. It's also around now some of the more minor issues the game has come to light.
