0Episode 8: Gateway to Stupidity
Gate's Lab second stage is a long stage, filled with some annoying platforming, some annoying bosses, and cutscenes. There's also quite the love for spikes. Our Final Battle against High Max is almost the exact same as the one from the Alternate Pathways, with the exceptions of some new attacks towards the last half of his health bar, and that barrier of annoyance. He's easier as Zero, yes; however, I went with X since the second boss of Gate 2 is easier as him. Gate is just a rather poorly designed boss that can easily aggravate anyone, especially if he doesn't feel like using the attack you need him to use in order to cause damage.
