Well, it's been quite a while since we've had one of these, hasn't it? We are finally back, and at an awkward time too, at least within the game. What's worse than lots of mine carts? Lots of rocket barrels! 4-4, Mole Patrol, brings back that infamous gimmick from 2-3, and this time, there is a lot more to watch out for, with moles all over the place. Though 4-4 is actually a fairly short level even by rocket barrel standards, which can't be said for the next one: 4-5, Crowded Cavern. The cavern is crowded because it's full of bats. The bats are angry because you woke them up. They like to try to crash into you, and in the case of one HUGE bat (then again, considering the normal-sized ones are bigger than a gorilla, aren't they all huge?), shoot sonic waves at you.

So rejoice as we finally return to this project! Watch with your teeth on edge as I maneuver this infernal contraption through a deadly cave! Marvel at the fact that we spend the majority of this episode pressing one button! Cringe at me having the doorbell ring while recording and having to awkwardly cut and paste the video together afterward! You get the point.
