Empire Earth is a turn-based strategy game for J2ME-based mobile phones. It was developed by WonderPhone, and published by Vivendi Games Mobile on October 14, 2005. The game is the only mobile or turn-based entry in the series.

While not running in real time, the Empire Earth does retain a number of features of the main series. Player can collect resources, train and command troops, and advance through four epochs: the Stone Age, the Middle Ages, the Modern Period, and Future Age.

Resources are collected by nodes, which player can claim, take from other players, or destroy. The resources produced by a node change through the epochs. Troops are built in production facilities. Lastly, each player has a headquarters. Loosing it means defeat.

The game has features a campaign with eight scenarios that cover all of mankind's history. These scenarios can also played against another human player in hotseat mode.

Though somewhat simple and diverging from the mainline Empire Earth titles, the game received positive reviews.
