This is a full, blind (first time) playhrough of Fallout 2 with a high intelligence, low strength, low endurance character.
--------------------------------------
Timestamps:

00:00 - I reiterate how stupid it is to sail a ship full of civillians into the Enclave base
01:35 - I comment on the interesting coat of arms inside the base
02:53 - I read about the "Counterisnurgency Protocol" and eye it with interest
07:00 - I explore the base and talk about how it makes no sense nobody stops me or asks for ID or anything
08:15 - I explore the Enclave base without fighting, talking to minor NPCs and stealing their supplies
17:38 - I talk wiht Martin, old overseer of Vault 13, now an enclave prisoner
22:50 - I talk with the Village Elder of Arroyo, now a prisoner of the Enclave
24:57 - I talk about... me having left the GECK on the mainland. Lol.
26:00 - I go through an electrified floor maze of sorts
36:50 - I continue exploring the Enclave Base
38:28 - I talk with Vice President Bird, who seems to be mentally disabled
43:50 - I talk with Richardson, the President of the Enclave, about their plans, views, ideology and whatnot, and I comment on those\
53:40 - I continue exploring the Enclave Base
54:40 - I convince an enclave doctor to turn coat on them, but it results in me realeasing a deadly virus on the entirety of Enclave populace, thereby making me technically a war cirminal. Oops. I also discuss responsibility for warcrimes in general.

01:08:22 - I talk with the President again and then comemnt on that area of the game seeming unfinished

01:09:00 - I devise a plan to assasinate the president and go looking for materials necessary to do it
01:19:10 - I assasinate President Richardson and take his override key
01:20:50 - I go around the base looking for explosives to blow the computer mainframe
01:25:36 - I blow the mainframe and prepare to escape the rig
01:27:05 - I convince an Enclave squad to betray Horrigan and help me kill him
01:30:06 - I activate the Counter-Insurgency Protocol and fight Horrigan
01:35:09 - Horrigan dies and I escape the oil rig
01:37:50 - CUTSCENE, as the Enclave Oil Rig explodes
01:39:00 - The game outro cutscene slideshow plays
01:44:28 - I talk about my thoughts and feelings on Fallout 2 as the credits play

--------------------------------------
You are the Chosen One, the direct descendant of the Vault Dweller. The village elders have selected you to wear the sacred Vault-suit of your grandsire and, in time, to ascend to the leadership of your people. First you must prove your devotion to your people. Your tribe needs help.

If you are truly the Chosen One, then you alone are capable of claiming the heritage of the Vault Dweller, to take back your birthright. Among the many wonders described in hallowed yellow pages of the Vault Dweller's Survival Guide is the Garden of Eden Creation Kit. The GECK is said to have the power to turn the harsh Wastes into a fruitful paradise. The Vault Dweller's Survival Guide promises the redemption of the GECK to all Vault Dwellers.

Your tribe has survived over ten years of drought but now their reserves are at an end. You must find Vault 13 and claim the technology that your tribe needs to survive. If you fail in this quest - your tribe will surely die. You must travel the perilous Wastes on a holy quest to find Vault 13. The same Vault that cruelly cast your grandsire out into the Wastes 80 years ago. The Vault owes you. The Vault owes your tribe. Now it's time to collect.

One of the best cRPGs ever created; what more could you need?!
A vast, post-apocalyptic world full of mysteries and countless ways to solve them
An immersive and truly non-linear storyline
