Albert hopes Harkness will continue guarding and protecting the people of Rivet City even after he remembers who he really is - an android. Albert thinks it's best to take care of Dr. Zimmer and his bodyguard too - Harkness agrees, and gives Albert his blessing in taking the crooked man out.
