On today's episode of Let's Play Final Fantasy 6, we end up on the Veldt. A special place where monsters you have defeated gather. And the reason for this is our next character, Gau. Gau can leap into the monster parties and learn their abilities.
Unfortunately, you do lose control of Gau when he uses these abilities. And some monsters have better powers than others.
I like him mechanic-wise but he doesn't have much connection to the main story.
