Yes, I waited an entire real world hour to get Byakuren. Mokou was much less of a pain to get. But now we have a full party with a commander. Yay!

Due to the Growth point system, you have some flexibility on how you wish your characters to specialize. But I will just list the general roles most of the characters fall into.

Reimu: All rounder stat wise. Decent healing and barrier magicks. Great for Holy damage which becomes even better further along the game.

Byakuren: Buffer/Debuffer. Also knows Light and Dark spells.

Aya: Speed character. Some status effects and turn manipulation. Generally best to use her as a Commander.

Marisa: Magic nuker. Uses Mystic/Fire/Water/Electric attacks.

Sanae: Buffer/Healer. One of the few characters with revive spells.

Mokou: Dps Tank. Can take hits and dish them out. Knows fire physical attacks. But has no tank moves that support other characters besides Reraise.

Now onto some combat finally starting with everyone's favorite gatekeeper.
