We finish the first half of the dungeon and run into the Dragon Messenger herself.

Iku:
Iku is all about electric attacks so focus on increases Earth field effects and use Earth attacks. Iku's other gimmick is on the first turn and randomly afterwards, she will use two moves in quick succession. The first move does no damage but inflicts Shock while the second move does no damage and kills anyone who is Shocked. If you are not prepared, its an instant game over.

Ways to prevent this is to constantly cycle moves that will prevent the Shock or attacks from happening. There is an accessory that makes you immune to Shock, equip that to Alice and use her group cover attack. Another move is Reimu's barrier, set it to negate Quick effects and that will buy you a turn as well.

It is possible to learn Thunderclap or Mad Thunder from Iku. Mad Thunder is rather good but can be learned later while Thunderclap can only be learned from Iku.
