This is very similar to the Momiji fight. She is a raw physical attacker who is vulnerable to electricity. With Alice's shield and standing in Free Fight formation, you should have little to worry about. Furthermore, Matsuba has very little MP so she can quickly burn herself out if the fight goes on too long.

Matsuba does know Shredder which Satori can learn. Its a multi hit move (1-6 hits) which can be useful for some extra damage on Yukkuri.
