This is part Fourteen of my Let's Play of Grand Theft Auto 3 on the PC, with the goal of completing the game with 100% completion. I'm not sure if Kenji's Lisp was supposed to be humorous or not, but it's weird going from someone who speaks with such clarity and personality as Asuka and then go to the stiffer and less elequent Kenji. Then again, I shouldn't be the one mentioning sloppy talking.
